It’s official! Lunik’s DVD release was this week and should be available where ever fine german DVD’s are sold. You can get it on amazon or at the german film label’s “Schiess Doch Filme website.” Lunik was written and directed by Gilbert Beronneau. It’s a story about utopism and family disfunction. It all takes place in the delapitated Hotel Lunik in Eisenhüttenstadt. It stars David Fischer, Anna Maria Mühe, and Thorsten Merten. The DVD contains lots of extra’s and bonus material. I was the editor and a producer on the film and wanted to help get the word out. Special thanks to Spirit Filmproduction, Weltfilm and the Berlin Brandenburg Medienboard for making it possible.
